ReClip Reach is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help creators manage brand outreach and sponsorship deals. Our Service includes:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.
Each user may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions is prohibited.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed securely through Gumroad. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically each month.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Beyond this period, refunds are provided at our discretion. To request a refund, contact support@civic-reach.com.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"), including brand information, pitches, and templates.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your User Content for any other purpose without your consent.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We do not monitor User Content but may remove content that violates these Terms.
Our Service includes AI-powered pitch generation features. Regarding AI-generated content:
The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by ReClip Reach and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
"ReClip Reach" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReClip Reach, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion through settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at legal@civic-reach.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
